FLY EPC is humbled and honored to have Mrs. Chelsey Bledsoe some may remember before marriage as Ms. Chelsey Coleman, however she is well-known in our community and the school system. Mrs. Bledsoe is presently an active teacher in the Caroline County Public School System teaching at Ridgley Elementary School. Having a strong insight with organization, detail, and creativity Mrs. Bledsoe will bring a breath of fresh air to FLY EPC that will bring the best out of your child! Mrs. Bledsoe agreed to be a part of FLY EPC when hearing the goals, and that was the children succeeding no matter what! Her abilities and gifted areas of teaching is perfect for the children, and her results as a teacher speaks volumes. We are excited for her being a part of FLY EPC and you will too!

FLY EPC is humbled and honored to have a longtime legend respectfully retired, and beloved in our community Mrs. Althea Tilghman some may remember before marriage as Ms. Althea Wright. A former teacher in both the Caroline County Public School System and Delaware School System has impacted many children in her educational vocation. Mrs. Tilghman currently is still teaching and in high demand as a substitute for Caroline County Public School System presently. We are excited for having her level of experience and skill set as a part of FLY EPC! Mrs. Tilghman agreed to be a part of FLY EPC when hearing the goals, and that was the children succeeding no matter what! FLY EPC is deeply grateful to have this wisdom from Mrs. Tilghman be apart of the team and you will too as you see your children take flight!
